I’ve spent more than 30 years in information technology, supporting a wide range of clients, from higher education and large corporations to small businesses and residential users. Originally from Massachusetts, I moved to the West Coast in 2011 and am proud to call California home. Before pursuing IT full-time, I worked as an EMT, where I learned the importance of staying calm under pressure, thinking critically, and helping people through challenging situations. Those experiences continue to shape how I approach technology and client service. I enjoy building relationships with clients and finding practical solutions that make technology easier to use and more reliable. Outside the office, you’ll often find me restoring vintage electronics, including boomboxes, tape recorders, slot machines, arcade games, and other classic pieces of technology.
