Dear Clients and Friends,

I would like to inform you of some exciting developments regarding Certified Consulting. With a goal of not only continuing to provide excellent services in a professional manner in a fast-changing technological environment, but also expanding the range of services and support we can offer, Certified Consulting has joined the local IT firm CITIG (Channel Islands Technology Integrators’ Group).  We will continue to offer the same mix of services to you and your firm as we have in the past, and, together with CITIG, expand upon those services and support options and capabilities. As part of this transition, Mark Fisher, who all we know and love, has transitioned to a remote support position and works from his home office. You will be seeing more of me at your locations.

Most importantly we want to be sure our clients, like you, are going to be well served in the future. We have searched for and found what we believe is the best local organization to meet your needs. The principal of CITIG is Ryan Newell, who we have known for over 25 years, and have the utmost respect for. Ryan started CITIG 19 years ago and he and I have often discussed working together. Ryan’s IT team serves in its capacity with professionalism, and excellent technical and people skills. His group currently boasts a staff of ~10 professionals with a great depth of computer talents. We would also like your permission to share the details of your IT systems with Ryan and CITIG. This would include passwords and internal network details. Even though our level of confidentiality will be maintained as we join with CITIG, we are prepared to execute a non-disclosure agreement to warrant that the privacy and details of your systems will always be respected. We want to assure you there will be no immediate changes. Our rates, rate change schedule, and availability will remain largely the same. Mark and I will continue to answer your needs by phone, e-mail, or text at the same addresses and numbers as always. Eventually there will be changes to our e-mail addresses, but we will advise you of that well in advance. The only modest change will be monthly billing arriving from CITIG beginning in November. You will receive notification and further information on that in the coming month. At some point our main phone number, 805-685-2455, will become part of CITIG’s phone system.

All the same services will be provided, plus CITIG can offer 24/7 support and an expanded breadth and depth of service and support options. We look forward to continuing to provide you with excellent computer support services under the banner of CITIG.
